Our growth

The Accounting Practice that exists today was established in 1996 by Warren Perriam.  Starting from scratch, Warren asked these vital questions, “Forget how accountants have traditionally served you, what are our clients needs and wants?  What are they looking for in their professional advisor? What keeps them awake at night about their business, their investments and their financial affairs?”  A decade later and with a team of 15, Perriam and Partners has expanded and evolved at a similar rate to many of our original and now successful clients.

Warren attributes the firm’s strength to the qualities, personalities and positive attitudes of the individuals within the team, and the drive and values that are shared by clients.  Perriam and Partners has a well-developed company culture; “The Company that plays together stays together”.

The vast majority of  our work comes from referrals and this is confirmation that what we preach, we put into practice. It is a testament to the quality and affordability of the work we undertake. We are forever indebted to the many clients and professionals who have supported us in this way.
