Connie graduated from Canterbury University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting. Connie also has her honours degree and worked for a year in Invercargill before joining the team at Perriam and Partners Limited in 2009.

Connie enjoys a wide range of activities including playing badminton, shopping and Chinese karaoke.
